About these terms

These terms govern your use of thrillplug.com and any services you order from Thrillplug Limited ("Thrillplug"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them.

What we do

Thrillplug provides marketing services to small businesses: website design and build, search and social ads, local SEO, social media content, review collection, and reporting. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed in writing (email is fine) before work starts.

Quotes, fees and billing

Fees are agreed up front in a written proposal. Most clients pay a flat monthly retainer; one-off projects are quoted separately.

Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of issue unless we agree otherwise. Late payment may trigger a pause of ongoing work.

Third-party costs (ad spend, domain renewals, paid software) are billed at cost or paid by you directly.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access, accounts and information we need to do the work (e.g. Google Business, ad accounts, hosting), and to review and approve deliverables in a reasonable time.

You confirm that any content you supply (photos, logos, text) is yours to use or properly licensed.

Free audit

The free audit offered on this site is provided as a courtesy, with no fee and no obligation. It is delivered at our discretion and within a reasonable time, typically 24 hours.

Cancellation

Retainers run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless a different term is agreed in a specific proposal.

Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable; we will deliver the work covered by them.

Intellectual property

Final deliverables paid in full become yours to use for your business. Until then, ownership remains with Thrillplug.

We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, code libraries and know-how.

Confidentiality

We treat business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. Where requested, we will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you to Thrillplug in the three months immediately before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought exclusively before the courts of Hong Kong.
